We are seeking a driven, self-motivated National Sales Representative to join our rapidly growing lending team. This is a 100% commission-based role with unlimited earning potential.

Responsibilities:

• Generate and manage nationwide leads for boat, yacht, RV, and aircraft financing
   
• Build relationships with dealers, brokers, and private sellers
   
• Guide clients through the application process with professionalism
   
• Maintain consistent communication and follow-up to close deals
   

Qualifications:

• Strong sales background; finance or recreational industry experience a plus
   
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
   
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently
   
• Comfortable with remote, performance-driven work
